Skydiving is a high-risk recreational activity

 

Recreational skydiving carries inherent risks of property damage, physical injury, mental injury, permanent disablement, and death. 　Prior to undertaking any high risk recreational activity you should ensure you are aware of all of the risks involved, including risks associated with any health conditions you may have. 　Al Taylor For Kids Inc makes no representation regarding the safety or security of any skydiving provider, and by participating in this activity you acknowledge　the recreational services provided by the providers may involve serious risk. You agree and undertake any such risk voluntarily and at your own risk. You acknowledge　that the assumption of risk and warning above constitutes a "risk warning" in accordance with relevant legislation.

Al Taylor For Kids does not endorse or warrant any skydiving service provider, and you acknowledge　that　Al Taylor For Kids is not a skydiving provider. You acknowledge that　Al Taylor For Kids will not be held liable for any loss, injury or death due to any act or omission of the skydiving provider. 　You acknowledge　that Al Taylor For Kids do not provide any liability, accident, or life insurance. You agree that you are responsible for your own personal accident, medical, and life insurance and any and all expenses in the event of your injury or death.
 

Skydiving provider
 

Al Taylor makes no representation of the suitability of a person to undertake a skydive.  The most common factors are weight and relevant medical conditions, however the skydiving provider will determine whether a person may skydive.  If you are unsure, it would be best to contact us, and we will put you in touch with the skydiving provider.  Al Taylor for Kids will hold no liability in the case of a person being denied to skydive from a skydiving provider.   
 

It's your choice

IT IS NOT INCUMBENT UPON ANY PERSON TO PARTICIPATE IN A SKYDIVE when a fundraising goal is reached.  Al Taylor for Kids will make a tandem skydive available, however, a skydive is entirely at an individual's discretion.  If you are unable to participate in a skydive for any reason, donations received by Al Taylor for Kids from your sponsors will be retained, and Al Taylor For Kids will bear no liability for any cost or refunds.
 

Upon passing a fundraising amount of $1,500, we will make a skydive available from an available provider nearest your area.  Transport to and from the skydiving location and / or drop zone is the responsibility of the particular individual.  Al Taylor for Kids provides no insurance or liability protection nor accepts any liability for injury or death during transport to and from the skydiving activity or during the skydiving activity.
